Managing users
Ticketmatic enables you to create a user for each member of your organization. Each member is limited to a specific set of actions by setting access levels.
To see the current lists of users, click on the account name in the top navigation bar en then click on Users. You can view detailed information about a user by clicking on the user in the list. The detailed information contains the user’s name, e-mail address and access level.
Adding a new user
To add a new user click on “Add user”. When the dialog appears you can fill in the user’s e-mail address and access level. For more information about the specific access levels, look at the following section.
When “Send e-mail” is clicked an invitation e-mail is sent to the given address. The person receiving this mail can then fill in more details (Firstname, lastname) and can then login afterwards.
We encourage that each member of your organization has it’s own user account. Not only is this free but it also enables you to better control who can do what in Ticketmatic, which are configured by access levels.
Password policy
Ticketmatic requires each user to use a strong password. Ticketmatic will score each password using following rules:
- a lower case character a-z is 1 point
- a digit or upper case character is 2 points
- a symbol is 3 points
A password should at least get a score of 16 to be considered strong.

Custom access level
If needed a user with a custom access level can be created by specific Access level Custom
. If this option is selected the interface will look like this:
A specific level of access can be set for each block. If specific API access needs to be configured for a user this should also be set here. For each part (Configuration, Contacts & Sales) a Read or Write level can be set.
